Ugh.
Sunday I started coming down with something. It's getting worse, but refuses to manifest itself in the form of a fever, thus I cannot have an exscuse to either leave school early or stay home from school and sleep this damn bug off. So it sucks. Otherwise, things are okay. I've been X-mas shopping, and I'm pretty much done. I just need to find one last thing for Brad..... *grumbles about how it shouldn't be this hard to find the item she seeks* And I almost got to see Brad on Sunday, but that's a whole other story that would take up too much time in the twenty or so minutes I have left.
I'm active again on Neara, and I'm still going strong (or as strongly as I can) in Realmz, and Gaia.... well, sometimes I wonder why I joined Gaia..... seeing as all I can really do is post nonsense in the Chatterbox for gold at the moment... *sigh*
I borrowed Baldur's Gate from Dan and Kingdom Hearts from Mikey. I like Baldur's Gate, but my brother's trying to make me look bad by saying that he's already done. Thing is, he took one of the easiest characters to use (the dwarven fighter) and set it to the "easy" difficulty, and I took the Elven Sorceress (one of the more difficult characters) and set it to the "normal" difficulty, so he can't really judge how well I'm doing by how well he did. As for Kingdom Hearts.... well, it's fun, the beginning! Gods! Do you know how long I looked for the third freaking mushroom when Kairi sent me to gather ALL the provisions for the boat/raft thing??? I finally gave up and asked Mikey where it was. *Then* the Heartless things started attacking on the island, and I was getting uber-frustrated because MY STUPID LITTLE WOODEN SWORD WAS PASSING THROUGH THEM AND IS IT *SUPPOSED* TO HAPPEN THAT WAAAAYYY????!!!! So I asked Mikey for help with that, too. Now it's making sense of itself, though a new question has come up: Is the Riku look-alike with the dark hair and the sword named Leon or ....... or........ what did the hyper ninja chick call him....? Oh well. The fact of the matter is that he has been addressed with two names, so which one is he? And have they joined my party, or am I still solo? Oh, the questions!!! *This* is why I never got into gaming--I think too much about it, get too much into it, and suck too much at it. Seriously, I am *the worst* gamer you could ever clap eyes on.
So Mom's finally going to get to meet Brad soon. Yay! And even better, all she seems to want is the little "Hi I'm Brad" "Hi I'm Lyne Take care of my daughter" *shake hands* "Okay I will Bye!"-thing, which is much better than what Brad was expecting, which was probably an entire interrogation, sans the empty room and single bright light bulb, but just as bad. She'll probably meet him when he makes up the lack of a Sunday to me/when I get him his Christmas gifts, because we're gonna get something set up during my winter break so we can go hang out and probably see a movie, and I'll give him his gifts. ^_^ He's gonna love them, I know he will. Hear that, Brad? You can't not accept my gifts, 'cause YOU'LL LOVE THEM!!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!! *cough**cough**clears throat* Anyway....
Oh, and I got a graph paper notebook which I'm filling with random goodness, including a D&D map-mock-up. ^_^ Brad'll get it.... provided he ever reads my blog anymore....
Well, that's all for now. It's dark, and I need to get home. Ciao!
