Well, not much's been happening. I'm thinking of making another blog, where I can post all my poetry, so I don't get all your hopes up by making you *think* I actually posted something when it's just a little poem. I only thought to do that because I wrote another poem, and it's really freaking awesome (In my twisted little world), and I don't want to put it up on this blog. Why? Because I'm strange like that.
Well, went to Arizona for Thanksgiving. Ugh. I hate it there. The only thing out there worth my while is my Mama and Papa.
In other news, I'm going to be moving (probably to Norco, aka Cow Country) in February. Woo-hoo. Just what I want to wake up to every morning--the smell of cow ass. But I'll get to learn how to drive, get a job, and drive on the 15 every morning, so I'll be good and alert for first period. And probably white as a sheet and scared stiff, but alert nonetheless. *And* I'll live closer to Brad, and it'll be much easier (though not nessecarily quicker) to get to Faire when I work there next season.
Speaking of Faire, I was recently faced with a dilemma. I wanted to participate in a Shakespeare festival, which (if I did well) would end up taking me to New York, and if I won (by a miracle) there, then I'd get a summer course in England. The only catch was that if I participated in the festival, then I couldn't work for money AT ALL during this school year. Of course, this would be the first year at Faire I would get paid for, because I would no longer be an apprentice. So I had to decide if 3 performances or so of the same monologue and sonnet would be worth skipping all the weekends of wonderful Elizabethean improv. I decided to say "screw you, I like Faire too much", and now I'm not going to that festival. Maybe it's a mistake, but I don't want to skip my second season of something I really love for something that will only get me massive nervous breakdowns in the long run. *nodnod*
Other than that.... well..... not much, I guess. It's nice to be on a computer and not have a time limit. I don't know what to do with all this newfound internet time. I won't have it again for a loooooooooong while, so I'm trying to make good use of it. Well, I'm off to check my RP sites again. Ciao!
